Delete Your Account & Data
We respect your privacy and data ownership. You have full control to permanently delete your account, authentication details, and all associated personal data at any time.
Delete Your Account Inside the App
Follow these 5 simple steps inside the Where's My Time mobile application:
Open the Where's My Time app
Launch the application on your Android device while signed into your account.
Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab icon at the top right or bottom navigation bar.
Tap Delete Account
Scroll down to the Danger Zone card and tap the red Delete Account button.
Confirm Deletion
Review the confirmation dialog and tap Delete Account Permanently. Re-authentication with Google may be required for security.
Permanent Removal
Your account and associated cloud data will be immediately and permanently wiped from our Firebase servers.
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following records linked to your identity are permanently erased from our servers:
Data Retention Policy
We permanently delete your account and personal data. Some anonymous technical logs (such as error telemetry or security audit logs) may be temporarily retained strictly when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. These logs contain zero personally identifiable information (PII) and cannot be used to identify the user.
